Full Journal pdf2015-11-04 House Journal Page 1402 HR 301 Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that the following be taken up as a Special Order of Business: HOUSE RESOLUTION NO. 301 Urging the governor to clearly designate the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation as the exclusive representative of the state in the Alaska liquefied natural gas project and the state's voice in the decision-making process required for the successful development of the project; urging the governor to identify the persons in the administration or the persons acting on behalf of the administration who will support and advise the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation as the corporation acts in the Alaska liquefied natural gas project on behalf of the state; and urging the governor to be open and transparent by providing a clear description of the organizational structure and authority of individuals authorized to assist and support the Alaska Gasline Development Corporation as it participates in the development of the Alaska liquefied natural gas project. There being no objection, it was so ordered. The Speaker announced that reconsideration was not available today. Representative Millett moved and asked unanimous consent that Representative Claman be excused from a call of the House from 3:15 p.m. to 4:15 p.m., today. Title Amendment was offered by Representative Vazquez: Page 1, line 2: Delete "the exclusive representative of the state" Insert "having the primary responsibility" Representative Vazquez moved and asked unanimous consent that the Title Amendment be adopted.
